This dish is often served at dinner. It is doughballs (made of corn or millet) that you dip in sauce. It is something you should try when travling in Ghana.

Stews

There are many kinds of stews accompined by rice. The most popular stews are: okra stew, bean stew, fish stew, forowe (tomato fish) stew, and groundnut (peanut) stew.

Spices

Spices are used to prepare most of the meals cooked. Most meals are only one course.

Farming

Farming is a big part of the diet that people from Ghana eat. Women usually grow the food and prepare it for meals.
